多くの社員は自家用車で通勤しています。
当社が本社機能を置く浜松市内は、電車とバスが整備されているため、勤務地によっては公共交通機関での通勤が可能です。
基本の勤務時間は8:15~17:00で、実働は7時間45分です。毎週水曜日は定時退社日であり、ワークライフバランスの推進を図っています。
正午にはお昼休みの時間があります。多くの社員は食堂に行き、昼食を取ります。定食や丼もの、麺類など複数あるメニューから選択可能です。なお、食堂で提供される食事は、代金の一部を会社が補助しています。
浜松ホトニクスは完全週休二日制(土日)です。また、ゴールデンウィークやお盆、年末年始には長期のお休みを設けているため、年間の休日は121日(2023年度実績)です。その他にも各種休暇制度を設けており、積極的な取得を奨励しています。
<主な休暇制度>
年次有給休暇:最大年間20日付与されます。
時間単位有給休暇:年次有給休暇の日数のうち、最大5日分を1時間単位で取得可能です。
メモリアル休暇:年次有給休暇とは別に、誕生月に限って1日付与されます。
産前産後休暇:産前から産後にかけて休暇の取得が可能です。
育児休暇制度:性別にかかわらず取得が可能です。
リフレッシュ休暇:勤続15年で3日、勤続25年・35年で5日支給されます。
